Returns and Exchanges
Salty Rig is committed to excellent customer service and customer satisfaction. If you have any questions, comments or are unhappy for any reason with your Salty Rig experience please contact us at admin@saltyrig.com.
Return and Exchange Policy
Please notify us immediately if your are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. All returns and exchanges are subject to this policy.
If your purchase arrives damaged due to shipping please keep all packing material. Contact us immediately at admin@saltyrig.com with a photo of the damaged goods and packaging.
For hygiene reasons returns and exchanges are not available on underwear or swimwear.
Returned items are to be:
- New, unopened, unworn, unused and in perfect condition (except to try on for size)
- All tags must be attached and untampered
- Items must be free of dust, dirt, pet hair, lint and odours
Sale items cannot be refunded, except where the item is faulty or defective.
Items are to be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Shipping charges are not refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping, unless the return is a result of our error (incorrect or defective item).
If you exchange your item for one of lesser value, we will refund the difference.
If you exchange for an item of greater value the difference will be charged prior to shipping.
Exchange item availability cannot be guaranteed and is based on available stock at the time your return is received.
If your product is faulty, it will be replaced with an identical product. If we cannot replace the product, we will offer you the option of choosing another product of the same value, or provide you with a refund for the total value of the faulty product.
Salty Rig reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange if upon receipt the returned item(s) does not comply with this return policy
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
